Team starts game with only nine girls. Batter hits a double and after reaching second base and ball is returned to pitcher, she starts to suffer an asthma attack. She is unable to continue with the game. Team has no subs, who runs the bases in place of the injured girl?

Nobody. When a player is removed from a base for anything other than an ejection, and there are no substitutes, the player is ruled out and the team can play shorthanded.
