Balk???
Adult Baseball being played under OBR.
Situation; Runners @ 1B & 3B. Pitcher on the rubber fakes to 3B then throws to 2B to make a play on R1 stealing 2B. Balk? Another Question; Can a pitcher while on the rubber ever fake to 3B? |

In OBR, the only remaining fake from the rubber is second base. Rich is absolutely correct.

Once he steps off, he's not really the pitcher (as the term is used in these types of discussions).
