Adult Baseball being played under OBR.

Situation;
Runners @ 1B & 3B. Pitcher on the rubber fakes to 3B then throws to 2B to make a play on R1 stealing 2B. Balk?

Another Question; Can a pitcher while on the rubber ever fake to 3B?

Yes.

No.

In other rules the fake to 3B is legal.

In OBR, the only remaining fake from the rubber is second base. Rich is absolutely correct.

well, i think the pitcher can fake to any base, if he steps off the rubber and becomes a fielder. so again, it depends.

Once he steps off, he's not really the pitcher (as the term is used in these types of discussions).

Agree...as long as he's acting like a fielder...

That said and to counter Lastump's comment, a "pitcher" can't just start faking away just because he's stepped off the pitcher's plate. If he's "acting" like a pitcher, he can't fake to home regardless of whether he is or is not in contact with the pitcher's plate.
