...but, as a lowly fan, I will speak my thoughts, as a fan.
If the clock reads 19:59 in the game and there is a foul, it should be called. If there is :01 left in the game and there is a foul, it should be called. Sparks got fouled, my friend who was at the game said an official blew his whistle when he shot and was fouled, watched to see if it went in, then did not make the call once it did... I understand the intent of letting players decide the outcome, but, the Mich. State player decided to contend the shot and fouled him on it...the whistle blew, and there was no call after it went in. Where is the justice for Chuck Hayes?
