Stumped

My IA rules test has me stumped. Some of these are obvious, but I looked them all up and they ALL seem like violations to me. What am i missing?

All of the following situations result in a violation, EXCEPT?
A. Excessively swinging the elbow(s)
B. Causing the ball to enter and pass through the basket from below
C. Leaving the court for an unauthorized reason to demonstrate resentment, disgust or intimidation
D. Dribbling a second time after the first dribble has ended.
E. Causing the ball to enter the basket on a throw in.

Unless in D the opponent caused the dribble to end by touching a pass?
