Stumped

My IA rules test has me stumped. Some of these are obvious, but I looked them all up and they ALL seem like violations to me. What am i missing?

All of the following situations result in a violation, EXCEPT?
A. Excessively swinging the elbow(s)
B. Causing the ball to enter and pass through the basket from below
C. Leaving the court for an unauthorized reason to demonstrate resentment, disgust or intimidation
D. Dribbling a second time after the first dribble has ended.
E. Causing the ball to enter the basket on a throw in.

Unless in D the opponent caused the dribble to end by touching a pass?

Wouldn't C result in a Technical Foul instead of a Violation?

Are you sure you are going to treat C as a violation?

Don't read anything extra into the situations (as you're thinking of in D).

All of them are infractions of the rules but only four are violations. One of them is something else, a different type of infraction.

My eyes are bugging out! I am on question 48 of 50, i need to take a break. Technical, not a violation. Thanks.

Leaving the court for an unauthorized reason *can* be a violation. But when done so to demonstrate resent, disgust or intimidation, it's a T.

I had 60 questions.......and this was one of them too.

Interestingly enough, and maybe I didn't see it before, but I was able to download my test right after taking it. Don't recall that feature before.
