No matter what, R ball 1/10 from the R3.

If R22 is not near the ball, the kick ends and the ball is dead when the ball comes to rest and no player is attempting to recover it (6-2-7 and 4-2-2.e.2). R ball 1/10 from the R3.

If R22 is near the ball and retrieves the ball, the momentum exception applies (8-5-2.a EXCEPTION). R ball 1/10 from the end of the kick, which is the R3.
