The Intended Lesson
What I was hoping you'd learn is to be able first to dig into the rulebook so as to more fully "own" the answer to the questions you were asking. I'm all for seeking assistance in understanding; I've done so many times here on this board. But I'm been taught to be even more an advocate of each official being able to discover where the answer is in the rule book on his/her own. After that, further understanding is always available from everyone here.
