The main thing I think about in making a stallin call is something that both matt and tony said. If you THINK they maybe stalling they proabably are. I like what was also said in the article, if you haven't called stalling the whole match it's hard to do it at the end. Be consistent and be fair but I think we need as a whole to be more aggressive in our calls on this.
 just my opinion
