New Rules

I wish they would have gone straight to college rules for the new scoring rules sent out by NFHS. Going halfway in between is going to be a nightmare in my opinion.

Are you referring to the out of bounds changes for falls/near fall?

Yes, I think there's going to be a lot of confusion on the part of coaches and fans, even some officials. I've heard they did this way of the rule change because high school mats don't have the extra room college mats have. Plus if you don't use co officials for your matches which do you concentrate on the fall or if the one wrestler has his supporting points in bounds? Things will be missed both ways, points scored when they should and shouldn't be but we'll just try to do our best.
