Newbie coach needs help

I need help understanding the 6-2 offense.I want to run a libero in my offense.Can someone explain this in a way I can understand ?

My daughter has played for years from grade school to high school and now she is a member of the University of Central Missouri volleyball team.

Can anyone tell me where I can get what I believe they call a substitution wheel?

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!
