Baby steps

Well, in Monday's match, I followed one team's entire rotation for one entire game. It was the first game, so I had 15 minutes to study the lineup. I was able to remember the rotation order. First step.

The new DVD, Officiating High Volleyball, Doing It Right has some great material for this. We are hoping to prepare a seperate DVD just on alignments in the near future.
