Ive watched that a few times. From what I gather in talking with some local guys that do volleyball ball here. The pre-serve stuff is the hardest part to master. The actual play rules jave been be|n really dumbed down from when I played recreationally 20 some years ago . seems like now as long as you watch your lines and the net and don't catch the ball it's legal.

Yes, I completely agree. This is the best video that I've ever seen. When I found it several years ago, I sent the link to my high school volleyball board. They posted the link to our website. I always review it at the start of each season.
