A bolt? As in, "nuts and bolts"? How does that help alleviate foot problems? I'm not being snarky. I'm genuinely confused. Sorry.

Buy a bolt (and a nut). Stick the bolt through the hole in the pole just below where the stand shout attach to the pole. Rest the stand on the bolt and tighten the stand. Attach the nut just to keep the bolt from slipping out and the stand from rotating. |
