What's the bik?
I've heard the expression a couple times, but I have no idea what it means. Is it a position on the court? A type of play?

Back row quick attack. Usually to be most effective, the front row hitters approach hard and get the block to commit, and before you know it, the back row hitter is making contact about the time the block is returning to their feet.
