Anybody going to camp?

Going to my first real camp as a volleyball official. It's the PAVO camp in Sandusky in April.

Anybody else doing a camp, either as a camper or a clinician?

I'm not scheduled for anything on a national level, but in region I'll be working on rating and possibly helping National-level candidates prepare for their rating (i.e., probably lots of R2 training).

The R2 training would be appropriate/ironic since this pic pops up 1-2 times a year in my feed when people tag me on it. From Referee Magazine...

I'm hoping to get into the JN program on the USAV side next year. So I'm trying to soak up all the feedback I can get.

If you're willing to travel to Illinois, reach out to me privately and I can let you know about a training opportunity we have at the beginning of the women's college season. No cost to apply, and you will work with National Referees and other trainers from around the country and get lots of good feedback.

Wow, that's very intriguing and I really appreciate your offer to contact you about it. Let me talk to my local board chair (without mentioning you personally) and get his opinion and then I may send you a PM.

Thank you!
