Ncaa if

Getting college games this year, so I have NCAA questions...

If interference occurs during a potential IF, ball is immediately dead. If fair, batter is declared out, if foul batter returns to bat with a strike assessed. In any case, the violator is out and runners return to their base.

So we get 2 outs if another runner interferes with an IF?

We always have, in every sanction.
