From where are you getting your authority to call immediate dead ball? We do not have interference. The NFHS book lists 36 activities that cause immediate dead ball. Malicious contact (without interference) is not one of them. I believe that you have to wait until the end of the play to eject the player. Or, at least, the is what I am trying to decide. WMB
