Intentional Walk in FP
I was looking at the rule book earlier after I read this thread: Slow pitch question
In Fast Pitch, the rule states that the pitcher cannot intentionally roll or bounce the ball to the plate to prevent the batter from hitting it. There is no such restriction in SP. However, the FP rule does not provide any penalty for the pitcher intentionally rolling the ball to the batter. Is that to be ruled as an illegal pitch?

Check "Effect"
It says it is an illegal pitch. If the batter hits the ball and all runners advance one base and the batter/runner achieves 1st base then the IP is nullified. All action stands. Otherwise the manager has the option of taking the result of the play or having the IP enforced.
