Stolen Trivia Question 2

NCAA Rules (but answer for others too)

Two strikes, runner on 2nd. The pitch is high and fast, and the batter swings and whiffs. The ball bounces off the catcher's helmet, and the batter accidentally hits the ball on her follow through. What's the call?

The batter-runner may not interfere with the catcher’s attempt to field a
third strike - NCAA 12.2.3

The ball is dead, the batter-runner is out, and each base runner must return to the last base occupied at the time of the pitch. - NCAA 12.2.3 Effect
