The pitcher may not pitch unless all fielders are completely in fair territory except for the catcher who must be completely inside the catcher's box.

Now, trying not to be smug, but if you are an ASA coach, why did you not just look this up in your rule book?

Trust me, if you come onto my field and cite something you read on the internet while trying to debate a ruling, you'll be gone before you get to the "dot-com".
