I am particularly curious about this one:

Especially since we all agreed in another thread that "D - physically assisting a runner could never be Interference". Looks like it is a form of INT, but the ball remains live.

Which was why they removed this from INT years ago. One of the examples offered as a reason for the change was, R1 on 3B, B2 hits a routine fly ball to left field, but R1 started off the base. Coach grabs and pulls her back to 3rd for the tag up. Ooops, by rule, the ball is dead prior to being caught which means B2 would have to be awarded 1B on a ball that should have been an easy out when caught.

You're thinking of when a runner physically assists another runner.
