New situation coming from NCAA rule change

This month's Referee Mag quotes D.A. ... effectively saying that we are supposed to enforce each in the order they occured.

exactly what were were told at last weekends camp/clinic.... to enforce what happened first.

ummm... now i know why i have that coin in my pocket....
heads... U3 gets illegal pitch.... (stepping back off of pitching plate)
tails...U1 gets leaving early.... since they both happend simultaneously.

toss coach that comes out first!

Was told the same thing at the eval camp I attended a few weeks ago.
Could become college softball's version of the double whistle in basketball on a drive to the hoop. Lead official has a charge, trail official has a block.

What if the runner who leaves early is on third and the IP happens first?

IP would negate the leaving early...... wouldnt it? or we could award her home... then call her out and if its out #3 we still count the run.... if the DC so chooses. (im totally kidding)
