Walk Off Grand Slam
Had a first last night.
Bottom of the 8th, 4-4 game, 2 outs girl hits a walk off grand slam to win it. Now my "what if" questions: What if the batter doesn't touch all the bases and stops between 1st and 2nd to celebrate? What if one of the girls on base misses a base in their advancement towards home and the defensive team properly appeals? What if the BR doesn't touch home plate? If someone could give me a rule reference and an answer to these that would be great. Fortunately none of this happened but as soon as my partner and I got back to the car we both looked at each other and asked the same exact question. Thanks! |

With that information, you should be able to answer the question for yourselves. |

If the appealed force out was only the first or second out of the inning, all other runss would score. |

Thanks anyway, probably not up to the board's standards, but after being busted for sloppy reading, I went to the fridge and grabbed a Yuengling - "a traditional LAGER" - . I'm on my second........
