I like the dream where the game is played indoors at a facility with no stupid angles or dumb ground rules, without obnoxious parents in the stands or excessive coaches, the few coaches that are present are knowledgeable, and all of the players are proficient at their craft.

Oh wait...you said "dream" not "fantasy world."
