These are the changes recommended for approval by the General Council tomorrow:
Redefine Fair Ball as it pertains to 1B

Better definition of altered bat

| | Add 52/300 ball as available legal ball |
Shirt rule only for E/Rec SP

Penalty for wrong number of players in each position in Co-ed game
| | Mod 10-player clarification |
Allow 1-1 count in Masters SP
|
| Allow gray ball bag for umpires
| | Add "silver" to acceptable color of mask |
