Boy, did the plate umpire kick a call on the Phillies and they are better off for it.

Halladay tried to bunt (if that is what you want to call it) over the runners. He looked as inept as Charlie Manual attempting a handstand.

An excuse-me attempt hit in front of the left corner, backspinned across the plate and certainly seemed off the plate in foul territory and the PU ruled it fair. Catcher threw to 3B for a force, but F5 couldn't get back to the base quick enough. Fortunately, Halladay didn't run and they threw him out at 1B. Turned out, the Phillies ended up scoring 3 runs.

Didn't MLB expand replay for fair/foul, or is that just on over-the-fence balls?
