Texas coaches will be asked to *experiment with it*. Not
sure if any ruling has been made. I, like Mike, feel this change will really give them {coaches} fits. Hopefully they, like most umpires will find and copy Steve M.'s and Dakota's articles on the subject. Really helps. I passed out over 25 copies in our chapter and everyone thinks they are great.
