So I sent an email in August listing 2003's changes and I heard back from some of them. I also saw a few at the state meetings this year and some others at a tournament or two.

When I was in FL with Walt Sparks, I was told there were no substantial NFHS changes this year. And since ASA will not even address their changes for another 3 weeks, I know you are not talking about them.

What type of Fed changes are there coming?
