No doubt, but the point was that this "individual" wasn't satisfied that the team did not get an instantaneous response since after all, that commissioner has nothing better to do than his job.

I guess I should have added that there's more patience when a P&R employee was making the request, more likely for a rec league. I was just making the point that when it's a local issue that's inquiring for a national interp, there's more patience and less egotism than when it's a higher classification/national tournament issue waiting for a national response.
