Got to it through another website.

No, knob is tapered and is not 90 degrees to the handle.

I agree 100% with RKBUmp. Not legal for ASA play. Safety knob must be 90º (+/- 10º) to the grip, and the grip may not be tapered.

No go.

Agreed. But remove that tapering at the knob and I suspect it would be OK.

Not unless the rule changes to eliminate the requirement that the know must be positioned at 90 degrees to the handle.
