digging through the old library, came across one of the best tools any umpire could ever use. It's called strike two.. by Ron Luciano(RIP)...one of the best reads for any baseball fan,especially those of us who umpire.

p.s. check out Ron's other books too....the umpire strikes back, rememberance of swings past are also good reads.
