Using an ineligible player

I'm not near my ASA rule book so hopefully someone can help me out. There is nothing in our league by-laws about a penalty for using an ineligible player in Youth FP but at the bottom of the rules it says that no rule covered in by-laws goes by the ASA rule book. Can someone tell me the rule and give me the documentation so I can be ready if a particular team uses one tomorrow night?

Why? Ruling on player eligibility is not the umpire's responsiblity in ASA.

Do you mean illegal player (such as a player re-entering in a different batting order slot)?
