I still like the old 4 s's style of dealing with a pitch.
See it Say it Stand up and Signal it Get a little rythm and it works every time. Or if you prefer the 5 s's at the plate. Set See Say Stand Signal Try it out, you will slow down and not be prone to mistakes of or rushing your call
