There are teams from all over still in the winners and losers bracket both.

I am sure that all of the teams eliminated from CA have used a pitcher from some other state in their losing games and the winning team's players were all born in CA and moved to wherever they currently reside.

Even if the losing teams players weren't from another state they aren't 'real' CA teams anyhow. We will know who the 'real' teams are at the end of the tourney when Wade tells us.

Thats how I formed my rule book and umpires manual.... dang i gues thats how i got a "2" on rules ..... and why i didnt work the plate on the finals at nationals.....we are supposed to use written by ourselves rule books and manuals right ? or was that a wade thing too??? dang ....
