Wade predicted it
You know, the mass march of California teams to the Championship rounds in 18 Gold. And how the Southeast teams would be fodder to the march?
There are 8 undefeated teams remaining; just two from California. Who else? Why, two from Georgia, one from Florida, all teams that are just fodder. Then one from Washington, one from Arizona, one from Kansas City, Missouri. Well, when they get done the loser's bracket, there should be some California teams left there; they play down to 4 teams there that play the 4 losers in the next winners round. Quite a few of the expected powerhouses playing there, now. Can't help it Wade, it's time to admit that we play softball in areas beside California.

come on.. worth, corona, and OC BB in the same bracket. Thats probably 1,2,3 right there, 2 of em sent to the losers bracket by eachother.
Thats stacked and saved you east coast teams. AZ and other west coast teams are of course for real.

Worth lost to OK Babes, man. That weak non west coast team that played Corona to the same 2-1 as you OC Batbusters. There were 18 Cal teams; 16 sent to the losers bracket so far. Of that 16, only 5 were sent by other Cal teams, 11 were sent by all those weak teams. Now there's so many of you in the losers bracket you HAVE to face each other.

You seem to think all CA teams count. Many are watered down or like east coast teams, Gold in title only... or simply 2nd teamers of a big org who get the left overs (example angels tyson (main team) / angels adishian (left over squad)
The only 6 CA teams that count are: Corona Angels - Marty Tyson Sting -Bob Perales OC BatBusters Sorcerers - Phil Mummia Worth Fire Crackers.. Sol Cal Explosion The rest are are not top level. Of those Corona - still there Sting - Sent by CA team OC BB- Sent by CA team Sorcerers Phil - Sent by AZ Team Worth Firecrackers - Sent by CA team So Cal explosion - still there. Those are the facts. I dont care if some Georgia team squeaked by some 2nd teir CA team.

Convenient that you think Sorcerers (last year 49th place) is more legit than others, like SoCal Athletics (last year 17th - sent by a Georgia team), or Valley Breeze (last year 25th - sent by a Georgia team). It does allow you to give props to the one remaining AZ team. This just in; Sharks sent home by another East Coast team, Shamrocks (Virginia).

sharks.. yawn.. their hope was on a pitcher who plays for on a D1 FL team.
Probably got east coastitus playing there. The battles not over. You cant honestly be trying to make argument of east coast over west coast. You got some lucky breaks of Cali teams offing cali teams and cheer? Its kind of absurd. Just admit you guys dont play real ball. Hey, in all seriousness.. I pick my teams because I see them, not based on last years rankings. Who is the best GA team? Surely you know your side. I'd like to be able to know who to watch from the lesser lands.

East Cobb Bullets have the collection of best talent; a lot of ego's, and some daddyball, too, so haven't really jelled. It's basically the best talent of three of last year's Gold teams from Georgia. (That, incidently, also describes Gold Coast Hurricanes; all-star team of Florida, and enough $$ to recruit talent all up and down the east coast.)
Atlanta Vipers - Vallery are young, and play as a team, always seem to get the big play or hit. Georgia Elite has the most coaching and playing experience at this level, which always is worth a win or two. And, yes, I have seen each of them several times this year, too.

just want to point out that the corona angels had to come all the way to VA to try and qualify....and even then they were second to the Shamrocks.... which is a VA team... so hows that for your top six CAL teams....

There are teams from all over still in the winners and losers bracket both.
I am sure that all of the teams eliminated from CA have used a pitcher from some other state in their losing games and the winning team's players were all born in CA and moved to wherever they currently reside. Even if the losing teams players weren't from another state they aren't 'real' CA teams anyhow. We will know who the 'real' teams are at the end of the tourney when Wade tells us. |
