Lighted glove

I have seen them before, I was teaching a baseball clinic to 5-7 y/o and there was a brother and sister in the class with gloves like that. I thought it was the strangest thing.

I bought my 6 yr old daughter one. She thinks it's great. I have never seen one on a field.

Is this a distraction to the batter if a pitcher illuminates the lights during the windup?
