It is in the book, page 193.

It really isn't anything new other than the acronym assigned to it. A good, open toe-heel set up in the slot would set the umpire with a Good Pelvic Alignment. This does give the umpire another focal point to check their stance.

JJ told me another word for the "P" .. and it wasnt pelvic

I don't think it's new this year. Don't have the book with me so can't give the actual reference, but pretty sure it was stated in the 2007 ASA book.
