Toe plates

Um, actually, at the High School clinic (with rule books in hand), the new rule was reviewed with the umpires and coaches present. After the review, a specific question was asked in reference to whether or not this applied to pitchers only, or all players (re: steel toe plate).
So after CajunNewBlue so aptly quoted the new rule, I just thought I would add the verbal interpretation of our recent High School clinician. It seemed to help some with their understanding.
