Since I only call ASA/NFHS, I need to know a couple of things about NSA, USSSA, AFA. Renee's team is playing tournaments in these this spring and summer, and the manager
relies on me to know ALL the rules. Last year, I thought he
and his assistant would, but no-o-o-o-o-o! Help please! And if anyone is ISA, throw that in, too. Thanks guys!

1. In ASA, the player doesn't have to throw the ball to the
base on a dead ball appeal. What about in NSA, USSSA and
AFA? Are live ball appeals the same--tag the runner or the base?

2. Batting order may have 9 or 10 with DP/DEFO in ASA with
the DEFO in the 10th spot. How many can bat in the other
sanctions? I know some have EP.
