The Rising Stars Tounament used to be a really good gig, but there was a break with ASA in recent years that has left some with less than happy experiences.
However, if they have worked out their differences it could be really good again. I suggest contacting Matt Dunbar the ASA UIC for that area before you commit. He will have the best information on how the showcase is doing.
