Just a guess, Detlef Shremp. You also need to set the parameters of what makes a player European. For example, Shaquile O'neal lived in West Germany on an American military base long enough to get his mail there (I think).

Player, who was born in Europe. It was probably Detlef Shremp.

1993: Detlef Schrempf is the first european player to become an NBA All Star, he finishes his career with three total all star nominations...

good story on drazen petrovic...btw, he never made an all-star team, but the year he died, he made 3rd-team all-nba...
