The jacket looks nice to me.
However i'm wondering why he (and his partner(s)) put the jacket on. It can't be that cold if one team is wearing singlets...

Sander,
How have you been doing? Good to hear from you on the board again. The jackets that you see worn are used by some NCAA conferences if the coordinator wants them worn. Also in non conference games if all umps at that game have them. I think they look really good. How was your summer. Is the family good? Say hello to everyone for me. Larry
