Yep, I didn't look to closely. But I did go to your profile after replying and saw you were from the Seattle Area. I even went to the Camp Roster and found your name.

The Week's Recap

Instructors were Kevin R., Phil G., Jimmy C., Dick G., and Bill S. Craig C. was there for most of it, but wasn't really an instructor.

Class time and field time were a good mix. Lots of field time spent on plate mechanics, strike zone, 3rd strike calls, slot view, clearing the catcher. Base drills were good. Live action with a few players was good for timing and base mechanic positioning.

Games were good quality (18-G R/N Qual.) Great evaluations. Good facility. Local association took care of feeding us, watering us, and the park took care of shuttling us to the fields from the gym and back. Great hospitality.

A few things need to be improved for the next school, to which I'll not mention here, as the powers that need to know already do. Met a lot of good umpires and good people. Had loads of fun. The evening entertainment back in the hotel lobby was worth the price of admission.
