No worries, man. I figure it's one of two scenarios: he either got confused and used a rule from another book, or he just made it all up to speed the game along. It was a co-ed C league, notorious for dragging on. And on. And on. Frankly, I'm not a fan of this ump anyway, as his attitude is p!$$ poor, so it wouldn't surprise me if he made it up to speed things along.

Dave I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views! Screw green, it ain't easy being blue! I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.
