The ARS software includes a copy of the rules book. I assume you can copy it to th PDA.

file conversion?

There is ($20) software that will allow you to view on your palm any text/word document.

There is also ($40) software that will allow any text page to be converted to .wav format which can be listened to on an MP3 player. Imagine being able to listen to the rule/case book or your pre-game notes durring your commute!

I don't know where to get a soft copy (text) of the rule/case book. Any ideas? does ARS software provide this?

thanks
GW

If you were to purchase the ARS software, I believe the rule book is contained in the help files.

What you can do on the Palm OS is convert the files to text and use a converter to change the text files into a "doc" format file. You can then put the doc file on your Palm and use a free doc reader for the Palm to read it.

You can find convertors and doc readers on any of the handheld web sites like Handango and Palm Gear.

Now for a plug of my software, if you want to keep your assignments on your Palm then I offer Assignment Secretary for the Palm OS. Go to http://www.officialssoftware.com.

Larks - My software is for the Palm OS only. I do not anticipate a Windows version in the near future.

Here is the web site for ARS.

Rick,
I have downloaded the evaluation software and am trying it out. It looks great! However, on some of the screens I am unsure of what the buttons do, and since the PDF file included with the software only has the "updated" button functions, I am in the dark. Do you have a PDF with ALL button functions/descriptions? Thanks.

Josh
