Anyone have NCAA spiral-bound rule book?

If you have this book I would like to know if this comes with separator tabs. I thought I read on here a while ago that someone had the spiral-bound version with tabs. I never flipped back and forth so much in a book so one with tabs would be a great help.

Our crew prints it off and I added my own tabs. Then I put it in a three ring binder.

I know several who simply went to Staples or Office Depot and had them put the spiraling on. I think they said it was a couple bucks cheaper.

Funny, I was monitoring this thread (before I saw your post) and just decided to order from Honigs. The woman I spoke with told me it doesn't come with tabs. I guess we'll see when I get it.
