NFHS temporary runner
I know I read somewhere in the NFHS rule book if a baserunner is unable to continue and there are no available substitutes, the previous batter not on base is permitted to replace her as a temporary runner, but I don't remember the rule number. This is question number 96 on the fast pitch test for 2006. Could someone give me the rule number please? Thanks, Dave

You mean you can't just say "ghost runner"?
