New NFHS rule 8-3-4....
Clarifies that when a runner passes a base, she is consider to have touched it for the purpose of an appeal. If runner is consider to have touched the base, guess appealing for missing that base is plum outda question huh??? [  ]Just seeing if anyone sleeping?? glen
