The original questions were:
"What are your opinions of the batters' complaints, umpires' judgement, rules basis, etc. for this sitch? Would you respond differently under various rule sets?" I think "batters' complaints, umpires' judgement" have been covered. About "rules basis", let's go with the premise that the screams or other sounds by the defense were intentional and distracting. If so, do you consider that UC, like the rule about a fielder jumping up and down at 2nd base? And then, "Would you respond differently under various rule sets?"
